lazy days.

A tangle of soft black hair lay sprawled across her cream-coloured pillow. Lyra would've remained in deep slumber hadn't it been for the familiar drone of her bedside alarm clock. Obviously stirred by it, with all reluctance to wake, Her hand reached out from under the covers and felt for the snooze button, then returned to sleep.

5 minutes later, the alarm sounded as it should.

"Ugrrrhhhh, five more minutes.." she groaned.

Finally, giving in to the persistent alarm clock, Lyra sat up slowly trying to shake off her morning blues. She then drops her palm on top of the clock to stop the annoying beep of the alarm.
Still groggy, Lyra dragged herself to the washroom to freshen up and get ready for school.

Whilst brushing her teeth, she ran her fingers through her hair and ruffled her locks, in an absent-minded attempt to untangle it.
After freshening up and feeling more awake, Lyra quickly rumages through her closet for her uniform, being well aware of the time she has left to get to school. She slips on her uniform skillfully and pulls back her soft black curls into a neat, slick ponytail. Satisfied, she slung on her backpack and picked up her breakfast on the way out the door.

Lyra put on her shoes and took a glance at her watch to keep check of time.
6am sharp.
She makes a mental note.
That leaves 15 minutes, grace time. Taking advantage of that immediately, Lyra locks the door behind her and saunters down the corridor.

As she does, Only then, did the dread of a new school year begin to sink in.

MERRRRYYY CCCHRISTMAS!!!!

i spent christmas in the most unusual way.

i slept at 4am because Qiming couldn't gulp down watching
I AM LEGEND alone -___-

he screamed in fear because he saw a Lion attackin a Deer. -.-
i got a feelin he won't be able to take Discovery Channel too. -___-

then i woke up at 7.30am the next day totally zombified
cos i had to help out at the
Riverlife Carnival, Miracle of Love.

But i had a bunch of FUN there.=D

haha then went to Subway for lunch with Ana, Deb ,Zhen and 2 Benjamins'.
Benjamins' left early.
and then i spent 4 hours there nonsense-ing with them.
we cldn't get any lamer.

Yea so went home at 6-ish
and had CHRISTMAS DINNER with my family.
Swedish meatballs and potatoes.=D

had quiet time
okai then knocked out until today.__.
tht explains why im late. heh.

heh so MERRY CHRISTMAS. =)

it has not been fun at all.
you know the feeling where you know you have to do it but you just can't drag your lazy ass to.
yea, that feeling.
then it leads to the feeling where you feel so guilty for not doing it
but you still don't wanna do it.

it kinda sucks to know that almost your whole life is dependent on that
